    Since 2010, Gardens Care Home has been a trusted provider in the local adult care sector, championing independence and delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

    As we continue to expand, we’re now seeking a passionate and driven Registered Care Manager to lead our newest service: Gardens Care Domiciliary.

    Your Mission

    • Lead the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional standards of care

    • Hold CIW registration and maintain full regulatory compliance

    • Recruit, develop, and inspire a growing team of dedicated carers

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive local commercial growth

    • Monitor service delivery to ensure every customer’s needs are consistently met

    • Champion best practice, quality, and ongoing staff development

    What We'll Need from You…

    • Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, education, housing, or similar)

    • Experience with CIW standards is desirable — but we’re happy to help the right candidate develop this knowledge

    • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

    • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

    • A passion for person-centred care and a strong, values-driven leadership style
